I would personally like to express my appreciation for your interest in High Performance concrete countertops and would like to tell you a little about myself.
I have lived in Red Lodge, Montana, for 13 years, although I am originally from Santa Fe, New Mexico. For the past 20 years custom installation of ceramic tile and natural stone have served as an outlet for my creative side. More recently I have found that the artistic nature of concrete countertops has allowed an easy transition into this trade as well. Along with the help of my wife, Tressa, we started 'McGregor Designs' with the intention of pursuing as much concrete work as possible, but still be able to do a bit of custom tile work to fill the schedule.
Over the last couple of years I have been fortunate enough to be able to work closely with some of the most experienced and respected decorative concrete artisans across the nation and into Canada. Last year I attended the Concrete Countertop Institute conference in Sacramento, CA, where I sat in on many seminars and round table discussions. My association with those who are truly the leaders in our industry has dramatically improved my learning curve. With their help I now utilize a concrete mix designs that is far superior to others in the concrete countertop market. Furthermore, we keep in close contact with each other which enables me to research and develop my products at a moments notice.
A spacious 2300 sq. ft. shop, located on my property just outside Red Lodge, has given me the freedom to expand my business and stay productive during our winter season.
